Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds will only be accepted for defective products. Please retain the receipt together with the defective product(s), and notify us within 48 hours upon receiving purchased goods. The company reserves the right to exchange/ refund the defective product(s) depending on the situation. If the damage is caused by the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse an offering on exchanges/refunds. The confirmed exchange will be rescheduled within 7 working days.
